Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items returned beyond 14 days

Lost or Stolen Packages

Desvergue Games is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and provide proof of delivery and transaction verification to the payment processor.
